Cancellation and amendment policies differ based on the type of booking and the notice given. For precise information, consult your booking confirmation or Rental Agreement. Late cancellations or failure to show may incur additional charges, which will be outlined in your agreement.
Prohibited Activities
Prohibited Uses of Rental Vehicle
- The vehicle must not be used for any illegal activities. This includes racing, rallying, off-roading, or any other dangerous driving practices. Transporting hazardous materials is strictly prohibited. Sub-letting the vehicle or allowing unauthorized individuals to drive is also not permitted. Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs is forbidden. Additionally, the vehicle should not be used for purposes it was not designed for, nor should it exceed passenger or weight limits. Operating the vehicle outside the specified geographical boundaries without approval is not allowed.
Breach of these terms may lead to contract termination and extra fees.
8. Liability Restrictions
To the fullest extent allowed by English and Welsh law, Car Hire Willenhall will not be responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business resulting from your use of our services. Our maximum liability for any claim will not exceed the total rental amount paid in the past 12 months. This limitation does not apply to cases of negligence resulting in death or personal injury, or instances of fraud.
